Biography - Philip West

Philip West is an International Training, Technology & Management Consultant responsible for the development and facilitation of technical, bachelor, master and doctoral level degree programs in cooperation with a consortium of organizations and international colleges and universities. With over 15 years of managerial and leadership experience in the fields of computer information security, international management, military service, technology negotiations, entrepreneurship, the public/private sectors and academia, Philip conveys a positive attitude and an unquenchable enthusiasm for higher learning thus encouraging and motivating learners to achieve their educational goals and objectives. Philip has several years of experience instructing both online and on-ground courses, and serves as an advisor and adjunct faculty member for a number of governmental agencies, colleges and universities. Philip holds a Master of Science in Network Security (with honors), a Master of Business Administration, numerous computer related certificates, and has completed the coursework for a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership.
