Quiana’ L. Anderson graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications in 2005 from Newberry College. In 2008, she earned a Master of Business and Marketing from the University of Phoenix.

Upon graduation in 2005, Ms. Anderson began her career in higher education as an admissions and financial aid counselor at Newberry College. She also served as a senior admissions counselor at the University of South Carolina for two years. Currently, Quiana’ is the reigning Ms. United States 2009. In this role, Ms. Anderson has traveled all over the country with her passion to educate and inspire our youth while equipping them with the tools they need for success.

Quiana’ is from Sumter, South Carolina where she is the eldest and only girl of three. She currently lives in Los Angeles, California and enjoys reading, traveling, exercising, motivational speaking, participating in pageants and keeping up with college football and basketball.
