Mr. Stanphill began his military career as an Army Military Officer. He has worked Patrol Supervisor, Desk Sergeant, CID Agent, Chief of Investigations, Company Commander and Deputy Chief of Police.
Upon his retirement, Mr. Stanphill worked for Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Pentagon Force Protection Agency, Securities and Exchange Commission and the Federal Aviation Administration. His work experience includes security specialist, emergency management specialist, law enforcement and physical security program manager, and supervisory security specialist.
Mr. Stanphill has obtained both his Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree while serving in the military. He has a Bachelor’s degree from Southwest Texas State University and a Master’s in Public Administration from City University. Mr. Stanphill has also obtained the prestigious Certified Protection Professional (CPP) from the American Society of Industrial Security. Mr. Stanphill is also a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police.
