EDUCATION
In 1996 Michelle Davis completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Business Administration from Governors State University. Michelle also earned a Master’s degree in Adult Education/Computer Education from University of Phoenix with an emphasis in information systems.

Michelle is presently completing her doctoral work in the field of Education Technology and e-Learning at Capella University where she is also a university ambassador. Her dissertation topic focuses on transforming a traditional work place training environment into a 100 percent distance learning training environment. With the success distance learning technology has had within the world of higher learning, creating work environments that allow individuals to work from home will allow corporations to grant access to the work place to everyone.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Michelle spent two years with the public school board and two years as a Computer Business Specialist Instructor for the following subjects Basic Programming, Cobol, Pascal, Introduction to Programming, DOS, HTML, and Introduction to Computers; Access, Lotus 123, Excel, Word and WordPerfect. Michelle also spent four years as a virtual corporate Trainer for the following companies AAA MidAtlantic, TeleFlora, AAA California and Apple. During her time in the corporate world, she was an Economic Self Sufficiency Specialist for the State of Florida.

From 2006 to the present, Michelle has taught in the college of education at the University of Phoenix, the college of general studies and business at Ashford University and Colorado Technical University, the college of computer science, business and education at Mohave Community College, and the college of adult and professional studies at Benedictine University, specifically management information systems using applications that include PeopleSoft, Elluminate, Centra7, WebCt, Blackboard and Angel. She is also a member of the World Association for Online Education and Association for Information Systems.

PRESENTATIONS AND INTERVIEWS
Michelle has participated in television interviews with CBS and UPN News on the topics "Work for a Major Company from Your Own Home" and "Working From Home as an Independent Contractor. Michelle has also been a presenter for Willowcsn in 2005 at a seminar focusing on how to successfully work from home for companies that outsource.

PERSONAL INTERESTS
Michelle lives in Cook County, Illinois. She focuses much of her time participating in public service events. She enjoys researching, helping students work toward achieving their career and personal goals.
