Biography - Virginia M Frey

Virginia M. Frey earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Business Administration from University of Maryland University College. She earned her MBA with a concentration in Information Technology Management from American Public University.

Ms. Frey currently resides in Charles Town, WV. She is an Assistant Controller for APUS, responsible for preliminary financial statements as well as managing a team of specialists. She has worked for APUS since 2004. Ms. Frey previously worked as a Lead Accountant for Learning Tree, International where her primary role was revenue recognition and delegation to team members. Ms. Frey also gained accounting experience from companies that include T. Rowe Price and American Home Mortgage.

Ms. Frey enjoys biking, reading, and spending time outdoors with her family.
