Biography - Eleanor H Fernandez




Caroline Fernandez received her bachelor's degree in German and International Trade from Clemson University. She received her master's degree in German from University of Florida with a special emphasis on teaching German as a foreign language. Ms. Fernandez currently teaches German online for several virtual academies, as well as face to face courses to first and second year college students. She also instructs in the field of World Cultures and Cultural Diversity. She is a veteran teacher of ESL (English as a Second Language), instructing K-12 learners face to face.

She previously has taught German and Japanese on the K12 level for 8 years. Additionally, she has experience in the world of international trade through a business background in sales, marketing, and transportation logistics. Ms. Fernandez holds membership in the American Association of Teachers of German and a certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language with additional certification in teaching young learners and business students. Her hobbies include travel, reading, and fitness. She currently lives in Charleston,SC with her husband and two sons.
