Alvina R Alexander

Alvina R. Alexander earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a MBA in Business Administration/Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix. She is currently a doctoral candidate in Applied Management and Decision Sciences, specializing in Leadership and Organizational Change at Walden University.

Ms. Alexander currently resides in San Diego, California. She has taught on-line and on-ground undergraduate and graduate students for more than 8 years.

Ms. Alexander is currently working for Sempra Energy (San Diego Gas and Electric), a fortune 500 company, as a Measurement Data/Financial Analyst. She manages and directs project teams to emphasize building junior analysts skills in financial and economic modeling, market analysis, document-creation, energy industry economics and competitive dynamics, and use of industry-standard data sources.

Ms. Alexander also is an Instructor at Sullivan’s Residential Youth Facility teaching mentally disturbed adolescent girls introductory course such as history, business, math and personal development. She also facilitates and develops organizational change and leadership strategies and goals with Sullivan's management and/or staff.

Ms. Alexander is the oldest of three children and her hobbies include traveling, exercising, cooking, movies, spending time with her family and friends.
