Biography - Jessica S Freed

Jessica Freed graduated with a Bachelor of Science in advertising and public relations from Texas Christian University. She went on to receive her Master of Education in sport administration from Wichita State University. Jessica is currently assistant director for special events in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at the University of South Carolina. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the South Carolina Victim's Assistance Network.

Jessica began her job at USC after working in the athletics marketing office at the University of North Texas. Prior to her stint at North Texas, she was a graduate assistant in the Wichita State University athletics marketing office and oversaw promotional efforts for the Shocker women's basketball team.

A native of Kansas City, MO, Jessica currently resides in Columbia with her husband, Matt, who is an assistant director for the Gamecock athletics media relations office. Their immediate family includes a dog, Kramer, and two cats, Milo and Snack.
