Prior to work at Harding, Rhonda was in physician practice management for ten years. Healthcare specialties include cardiology, gastroenterology, and otolaryngology. She is still a part of the healthcare arena with modest coaching and leadership training for now, and lots of networking. Rhonda is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the Arkansas Health Executive Forum (AR chapter of ACHE), Academy of Management, and American Holistic Nurses Association. She also serves on the board for Christian Health Ministry of White County and volunteers at that clinic frequently.
