Biography - Shelley P Pumphrey

Shelley holds an undergraduate BA degree in Political Science from University of Maryland, an MAS degree from Johns Hopkins University and a certificate in Information Technology from Villa Julie College.

Shelley Pumphrey has over 25 years of experience in developing, designing, and implementing new businesses. She has in-depth experience in project management, system life cycle phases, requirement analysis, functional and feasibility analysis. Shelley has extensive experience teaching technology, case tools, web development and new business development and project management.

Ms. Pumphrey recently retired from Baltimore Gas & Electric Company where she was the Manager of Communications. She has previously held positions as Director of Program Administration and New Product Development. Ms. Pumphrey has researched and launched new businesses and has served on the Board of Directors for the League for People with Disabilities.

Shelley and her husband live in Baltimore with their dogs Harley and Adi. They enjoy boating, biking, traveling, and playing with their grandchildren.
