Mr. Naccarato has a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Political Science from St. Mary of the Plains College and an MBA from Regis University with graduate honors.
His business experience includes more than twelve years as cofounder, Chief Financial Officer, and ultimately President and Chief Operating Officer of a private international pharmaceuticals and consumer products distribution company. He grew this company from a start-up to a transaction volume of over 250 million dollars. Prior to this he served over twelve years first as Corporate Controller and eventually as Exec. VP and Chief Financial Officer of FoxMeyer Corporation. During Mr. Naccarato's tenure, FoxMeyer grew from a small pharmaceuticals wholesaler to the nation's third largest, with annualized revenues of 3 billion dollars and an international supply chain.
Mr. Naccarato currently serves as President of the Mountain Arts Council and past president of Woodland Park Community Singers, he is a member of the Advisory Board of Welcome Home Warrior, and he is involved with several other local organizations such as the Citizen Advisory Committee for the revision of the city's comprehensive plan.
Mr. Naccarato and his wife of 41 years have two grown children. Their daughter is an assistant professor of English for American Public University System (APUS) and their son is a United States Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant with five tours in Iraq/Afghanistan.
