Biography - Frank Mueller


Frank Mueller was a military liaison and consultant for over ten years between the US Army and FEMA at the county level. He served twenty-one plus years of service with the USARNG, USAR, US Army serving as a Medical officer, Logistics officer, Infantry officer and Chemical officer. The majority of the time with the US Army NG was as a Chemical Officer at the Brigade and Division level advising General Staff officers on matters of Nuclear, Biological and Chemical defense. He has completed CAS3, Infantry Basic and Chemical Advanced Courses US Army, and Command and General Staff College. He worked several years in the private sector in security and protection, contracting with several US government agencies.


He has also served as an adviser for over ten years to college students seeking to satisfy their bachelor degree. He has a Master’s of Science in Management from Oakland City University. He has been teaching college since 1996. He has taught in the Online Environment, the traditional college campus as well as for the Department of Correction, US Army, FEMA and written curriculum for the Indiana State Police.
