Biography - Miguel O Sanchez

Miguel Sanchez has been with American Public University System (APUS) for six years now. Miguel is currently a full time faculty member here at American Public University System (APUS). Miguel currently teaches COLL 100 and various courses in the Sports and Health program. Miguel has previously held the positions of Program Manager for the Sports and Health Science Degree Programs and Student Advisor.

Miguel holds a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education and a Masters in Athletic Coaching Education from West Virginia University (WVU) in Morgantown, WV. Miguel taught classes and advised student-athletes at WVU. He worked with WV Special Olympics as a coach in Basketball and Swimming as well as served on the Monongalia County committee for Special Olympics. Prior to APUS, Miguel worked in the fitness business for the YMCA, Town Sports International, and WTS International.
