Fire Science Management Degree

The Fire Science program at APU will place you squarely in the forefront of the firefighting and emergency management field.  Our curriculum covers a breadth of subjects needed for graduates to succeed in this challenging environment. Courses are designed specifically to fit with the uncertain and demanding schedules that many professionals face working in the public service sector. Students benefit from faculty who bring up-to-date industry knowledge into the classroom, as well as from classmates, who represent the diversity of a life-experienced, global student body.

B.S. in Fire Science Management

Graduates from this program may choose to apply their skills and abilities in all levels of firefighting and emergency management, urban search and rescue, emergency medical services, incident command, weapons of mass destruction (WMD), structural firefighting, and disaster planning and recovery.
