VA Benefits and GI Bill

Those who are not sure if they qualify for VA Benefits must contact the VA Regional office in Buffalo, NY at 716-857-3196 or online at http://www.gibill.va.gov/  to find out exactly which benefits they qualify for and to request the form(s) they will need. Students who qualify for the Top-Up program through their GI Bill will need to get a 22-1990, have it signed by their Education Services Officer, and send it to the VA in Buffalo, NY each semester with their completed and approved TA form. Additional questions about VA Benefits, the GI Bill, or the Top-Up program can be emailed to vaquestions@apus.edu.
