Graduation

Degrees with American Public University System are conferred on a quarterly basis. "Conferral date" is defined as the date on which your degree is officially awarded. After completing all final course(s) and submitting a completed graduation application with required fee, APUS graduating students must resolve any outstanding financial obligations or balances due. After all academic and administrative requirements have been met students will receive 2 official transcripts followed by a diploma after their conferral date. Please refer to the Student Handbook for information regarding specific information regarding policies and procedures surrounding graduation.
