Objectives

  • Identify the differences between military and civilian EOD organizations.
  • Select the appropriate use of technology/approach in render safe operations.
  • Describe the basic electrical and electronic theory/circuitry used in triggering and controlling standard explosive devices and Improvised Explosives Devices (IED)s.
