| Bachelor of Arts in Management |
The Bachelor of Arts degree in Management prepares students for careers in managing organizational resources in government, profit and non-profit organizations and graduate study. The task of the manager is to coordinate the activities of people and resources to accomplish organizational objectives. The manager must perform a variety of roles for the organization to achieve its goals: planner, leader, motivator, innovator, problem-handler, decision-maker and critical thinker. Since the manager is focused on people and processes, the management program is designed to provide its students with a solid grounding in people skills, communication skills, and organizational skills.
