The University System’s graduate programs are open to all qualified students.  Students come from areas such as the armed forces, federal, state and local government, government contracting firms, law enforcement, and many others with abiding interest in the comprehensive curriculum.  Our students study from locations in all 50 states as well as from more than 30 foreign countries.  Most students are adult learners who hold full-time positions within their profession.
