Those who think they may qualify for VA Benefits must contact the VA office (toll-free at 888-442-4551 or online at http://www.gibill.va.gov/ to find out exactly which benefits they qualify for and to request the form(s) they will need. After being accepted as a student, registering for course(s) and then paying for the courses or choosing a payment option, students using GI Bill benefits will need to get their Application for VA Education Benefits (Form 22-1990) from the VA website, complete it, and send it to the University System. If a discharged veteran, they also will need to send a copy of their DD-214 to our administrative office. Students who qualify for the Top-Up program through their GI Bill will need to get a 22-1990, have it signed by their Education Services Officer, and send it to the VA each semester with their completed and approved TA form.
